Hi Everyone,
I took a bit of a hiatus from writing my newsletters, but I am back now and am looking forward to continuing to send out my updates to you all.
However, I do think I will be doing things just a bit differently this time around. I will be sending out the newsletter on a monthly basis now instead of weekly, it will go out towards the end of the month and give you the shows and events for the upcoming month.
I am always interested in your feedback on ways to improve my newsletter, so let me know what you think.
And I will also ask you all to keep me informed on shows and events that you'd like me to get the out about. You can email me directly or just reply to this newsletter and give me the show info and I'll include your event.
Coming events for July will be...
Wednesday July 3 is the NHRA Twilight Cruise at the NHRA Museum located at the L A County Fairgrounds from 4pm-8pm. This is a free event and all spectators are able to visit the museum free of charge. For a listing of their 2013 schedule click here www.museum.nhra.com
Head out to the Bob's Big Boy in Norco for their monthly car show, they are located at 3521 Hamner Ave 92860.
Their June show is on Saturday June 29 from 5pm-8pm and is a fun family show with plenty of hot cars, cool music and awesome food. I would suggest this as a great show for anyone who is looking to start out as a show participant. You can contact Charyle at trollady10@aol.com
Their July show will be held on Saturday July 27 from 5pm-8pm.
On Sunday July 28 is the 20th Annual San Dimas Shine It! Show It! Cruise It! event from 9am-3pm in Downtown San Dimas on Bonita Ave between Cataract Ave and Iglesia St. This is a great event which opens with a pancake breakfast and continues throughout the day with live music, cold beer and vendor booths.
