Hi Everyone,
So here we are, are you ready...."ding-dong"....TRICK-OR-TREAT!!! Make sure you buy enough candy for all the little monsters and fairy princess' that will yell that at your door this Halloween night.
And now let's take a look at what November has in store for us. First things first, Daylight Savings Time ends on Sunday November 6th, so be sure to "Fall Back".
On Wed Nov 2nd is the NHRA Twilight Cruise at the NHRA Museum in Pomona from 4pm - 8pm.
On Fri Nov 4th Keller Williams Realty presents the 2011 Car Show from 2pm - 8pm at 8250 White Oak, Rancho Cucamonga. The show will feature a NASCAR simulator and NASCAR show car, music by KOLA 99.9, lots of food, vendors and activities for the kids.
On Sat Nov 5th is the SoCalHHRs 5th Annual Tom's Farms Cruise at Tom's Farm in Corona from 10am - 2pm, all Chevy HHRs are welcome. Also the Bob's Big Boy in Norco is holding their 3rd Annual Cruising For The Kids Car Show from 10am - 3pm. The show is open to all cars, trucks, motorcycles, custom rigs, pedal cars, and more. And for all of you "Operation Repo" fans Lou and Lyndah will be there signing autographs. And a special appearance by Santa Claus, this show is to benefit Toys For Tots so please bring a new, unwrapped toy for donation.
Drag racing comes back to Pomona over the weekend of Thurs Nov 10th - Sun Nov 13th for the 47th Annual NHRA Finals at the Auto Club Raceway. Pricing for the event is: FREE Friday 11/11 Veteran's Day General admission to all active and retired Military. Thurs Adult $25 and Jr $10. Fri Adult (Reserved) $40 and Adult (General) $30. Sat Adult (Reserved) $63 and Adult (General) $53. Sun Adult $65 and Adult (General) $55. 2 Day admission (s and S) Adult (Reserved) $115 and Adult (General) $98. Sectator Full Event Pass (Th-Sun) General admission $135. Top Eliminator Club Full Event Package $375. Gates all 4 days at 7:30am.
On Sat Nov 12th come to the Veteran's Day Celebration at Historic Flabob Airport in Riverside from 9am - 4pm for a whole day of events to celebrate our Nations Veterans with a Vet's Parade, band concerts, stand up comedy, War Birds, Military vehicles, airplane rides available, antique engines and tractors, and Vintage Cars and Hot Rods. Also on Sat Nov 12th don't miss the Breakfast Cruise at Chino Hills Johnny Rockets from 8am - 10:30am.
And if you're not still in a turkey coma on the day after Thanksgiving or shopping til you drop at the mall on "Black Friday" then come out to the Del Mar Fairgrounds the weekend of Fri Nov 25th - Sun Nov 27th for the 1st Goodguys Fall Del Mar Nationals, times are F 8am - 5pm, Sat 8am - 5pm and Sun 8am - 3pm.
