Hi Everyone,
I hope you all had a "spook"tacular Halloween, with lots of treats and no tricks. We truly start the Autumn season with the end of Daylight Savings Time, so be sure to Fall Back. And now we enter the season of giving, and giving thanks, so let's
take advantage of the opportunity to do something for those less fortunate than ourselves. During Nov and Dec a lot of car shows will be accepting donations of food and toys for the holidays, so be sure to give, nothing shine more brightly than the smile on a childs face.
I'd like to start with a save-the-date on Sat Nov 26th will be the Cruisin' La Verne for the Holidays, 14th Annual Car Show & Toy Drive from 9am - 4pm. Please bring a new unwrapped toy or sports equipment to donate to the Spark of Love for needy children in La Verne. And don't miss Santa Claus!!! Anyone who is interested in participating in the show, pre-registration is now til Nov 15th, you can come in to our location and pick up a registration form.
Now on to on of the events that you race fans wait for all year, the NHRA Finals will be starting on Thurs Nov 10th and running thru Sun Nov 13th at the Auto Club Raceway in Pomona. This should be a ROARING good time as they honor the legendary John Force.
And for all of you NASCAR fans, there are only 3 races left in the Sprint Cup Chase, it is very close this year so come on boys, Boogedy, Boogedy, Boogedy, Let's Go Racing!!!!!!!!
Now with Thanksgiving coming up, which of course kicks off the holiday shopping season, keep in mind, whether you have a hard core gear head or just a weekend tinkerer on your list, we offer gift certificates (in any denomination) to make your holiday shopping just a little easier.
