Hi Everyone,
Well I hope you all are taking advantage of this beautiful weather we've got right now, after weeks of rain and really cold temps the sun has finally come out..YAY!! I've got a "save -the-date" to give you for Fri Jan 28th - Sun Jan 30th, "THE GRAND DADDY OF THEM ALL" is coming to Pomona, The Grand National Roadster Show at the Fairplex.
One of the years largest gatherings of unique and exceptional cars. Some of the happenings during the show will be; Customs Then & Now, a historical gathering, in building 9 featuring a Meet & Greet autograph signing party on Sat Jan 29th from 3pm - 4pm, with such legends as George Barris, Jack Stewart, Dean Jeffries, Howdy Ledbetter, Blackie G, and others.
Visit the Suede Palace in building 10, featuring more than 50 Suede vehicles, live authentic Blues, Doo-Wop and Rockabilly music, and the 2011 Grand National Roadster Show Trophy Queen contest. There will be celebrity appearances by Courtney Hansen, host of SPIKE tv's POWERBLOCK, Lee Reherman from SPEED channels BATTLE OF THE SUPERCARS, and Bryan Fuller, custom car & bike builder, from HOT ROD televisions TWO GUYS GARAGE. Show times are Fri 12pm - 9pm, Sat 10am - 9pm, Sun 10am - 7pm and ticket pricing is $20 General admission, $10 kids 6-12 and kids 5 & under are Free, with parking $9 General and $12 Preferred.
This is an awesome event and if you've never gone before I strongly recommend that you make it out at least one day, but there's so much to see one day may not be enough.
