Hi Everyone,
I hope you all had a great Easter filled with family, friends and chocolate bunnies. Our car show season will start to heat up as we get into spring now, THANK GOODNESS!!
Here's a great event that could be an awesome weekend trip, The 10th Annual Goodguys Del Mar Nationals at the Del Mar Fairgrounds on Fri April 9th - Sunday April 11th, the hours are Fri 8am - 5pm, Sat 8am - 5pm, and Sun 8am - 3pm. This event will feature vendors and live nostalgia entertainment along with a swap meet and "cars for sale" corral.
Also West Coast Customs out of Corona,CA will be there with their Car Showcase Event featuring Sylvester Stallones 1955 Ford F100, Gary Dourdan's (Warrick from CSI Las Vegas) 1968 Dodge Charger, The Rockstar Energy Drink 1968 Pontiac GTO and several other famous rides. There will be a model and pedal car show, hot rod seminars, and an indoor & outdoor Show 'n' Shine.
And the Goodguys Street Challenge AutoCross, you can put your strret rod, street machine or truck through the paces and test your driving skills on a course with plenty of turns and curves, this will be going on Fri 9am - 12 noon & 1pm - 4pm and Sat 9am - 12noon & 1pm - 4pm. And of course this show will feature over 2000 cars on display. This is an exciting event in a beautiful location so mark your calendars and be sure to make it out there.
I'd like to send out a special thank you to Anthony Kakuk for the pictures that he has provided to us from 2 events put on by The Oldskool 66 Cruzers, they will be on our SHOW GALLERIES page, and also thank everyone whose brought their cars by so we could photograph them and display their beautiful cars on the OUR CUSTOMERS page, we'd love to show you all off so be sure to bring your car when you come by.
